Do we need a NS moderator?

That is, someone that plays and is active in NS, like what the Demo games have. I think one would be useful, mainly for locking threads and fixing polls and similar activities.

Do you think we could use a mod, and if yes, who do you think it should be?

I must say I would NOT be able to do it, as I need to fully use my time for studying, as in 3/4 months I will (hopefully) graduate, and I need to study for the graduation exams (in Italy those exams are very very very hard).

Drogue has expressed interest (in the map poll), and I'd be willing (although reluctant). I'm available during most weekdays (being a highly efficient worker ) but am typically off-line nights and weekends.

Have PMed Dan too now. Basically asking politely if we can have a moderator, and putting my name down for the post if they decide to appoint one. I would have said CW too, but the "although reluctant" seemed to suggest that you'd rather someone else did it.

I PMed Dan and Markos, and have received a reply from Dan, saying that they will discuss and consider it. I know how the impatient feels I awake with baited breath their decision (we need a hope smiley)
