Noosland proposes the formation of a Regional Anti-terrorism Coordination Centre for the following purposes:

- to corroborate intelligence on terrorist activities
- to monitor terrorist acitivities around the clock
- act as an early warning centre for terrorist attacks
- to coordinate multinational anti-terrorisim operations

As would Centralis. The first item on the agenda will have to be the restoration of order in Centralis again - this time we're facing a revolt by extremists within our military.

[Archaic]

I think both our governments are facing similar sorts of problems with Anarchy. We tend to give our people perhaps too many freedoms. Not a bad thing in itself, but it allows these radical elements to develop unchecked in both our cases. In both cases actually, I'd have to wonder how many of these "Rebals" are mearly remaints of the former "Holy Empire" of Sheepsta's military. We couldn't have killed all of them.

I wouldn't be surprised if that turned out to be the case for us at least, given the similarities in ideology between the 'Holy Empire' and the rebel army, although one does have to wonder how they would have entered our military - conversion, perhaps?

I do recall Sheepsta saying they'd infiltraited our military at the time of the crisis. Perhaps it wasn't all hot air afterall.

Indeed. Now, we need to devise a plan for actually getting rid the rebels. The main facts we need to know are:

1) The main rebel strongholds are located in the Iron 'Mountains, which contains numerous mining operations and is crucial to the Centralis eocnomy.

2) They currently occupy the Nullabor Plains and Neuvostan, which is their main link to the outside world.

3) They have a very centralized and hierarchical command structure, with orders going from the top down and being obeyed without quesiton; thus, the elimination of the top layers may cause them to fragment.

4) In numbers, they comprised around 20% of our military, but this is somewhat deceptive, as they are mainly army troops and consequently they have limited air cover.

5) They do, however, have access to most of the weapons captured from the rebels, as they took control fo teh main stores of those weapons, and they also have almost a third of our tanks under their control.

Any suggestions as to how we can deal with this?

What are their NBC defenses?

Possession of NBCs, or defences against? They have no NBcs oft ehir own, but they do have access to part of our missile defence shield, and they also possess military-grade defences against bio-chemical weapons.

Defences against. Though not necessarily on the battlefield. What's their primary source of water for instance?

The Murray River. However, we would *STRONGLY* advise against trying to deploy biological or chemical weapons into it, as we have to drink from it as well.

Appointment of their leaders to sole power, permanent dissolution of Parliament, total deregulation of the market, banning of all religions except their own brand of Christian fundamentalism, and a total ban on all political activites that lack their approval.
