By moving to the Apolyton region, you can have your country compared to other countries in Apolyton when the UN ranks some feature each day.
Apart from that, there is really no benefit at all.
I haven't joined the UN (and don't plan to), so I won't be able to discuss that.I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).Comment

Actually it looks the Region is pretty much balanced at 147 nations... our pick was 153 I think.
That's because almost for every dying nation there is a new one joining.
