About UN applications...

Finally, some feedback from admins at NationStates forums regarding the situation with UN applications! In this thread site admin [violet] says

It's a known issue: our server is mysteriously not sending any e-mail. I hope to fix it Real Soon Now.

and another person quotes an email he got from Max Barry:

Yes, there is a problem with that -- the emails aren't lost, just delayed.
They should be out soon.
