The right to what? To state some basic principles of common sense? You were playing the game as essentially 'anything goes', and then you started complaining when you were outwitted. IF you want matters to stay within the bound of reality, then it would be a good idea to stop inventing superweapons out of thin air, because others can do so too.

And for the sake of holding the game together, it would help if you avoided the constant ranting about 'terrorism' that you've been doing recently. Just because Bush does it, doesn't mean you should, and it sure as hell doesn't make it fun for other nations to listen to.

Neither have I. I've simply been trying to prevent anyone from using them, because if the complete destruction of nations is going to become a feature of this, it's not worth continuing to play. Neither is it worth carrying on playing if all the game is is an argument over whether or not people can do this or that. As long as everybody exercises some common sense, this is not a problem, but no-one seems willing to do that here.

The Kingdom of Wine have unleashed if full Nuclear might by firing one milion nukes over Sheepsta, Sheep Springs, Bongoland, Redscape Region, Axis Region, Centralis and Sovietskii Soyuz

Of course one milion nuke over each target, for a total of 7 milion nukes fired. Effectively reducing all these nations and regions to a nuclear wasteland.
