Unusual UN Definitions

Has anyone seen some of the much rarer UN definitions?

So far I've seen one state defined as 'Anarchy' (which was apparently run by biker gangs and in social chaos) and 'Libertarian Police State'-

Its compassionate, cynical population of 84 million are proud of their wide-ranging civil freedoms, and those who aren't tend to be dragged off the streets by men in dark suits and hustled into cars with tinted windows."

In my latest policy decision about Big Brother the 'Police Media' liaison was Billy-Bob Christmas. Which scared me for its rare uncanniness.

What decisions? Some of them have rather strange outcomes.

Yeah, you'd think banning Nazi rallies would lower political freedoms and raise civil rights, but it does the opposite.

Can somebody describe what 'father knows best state' means? English is not my first language and I found nothing in the dictionairy about it.

A state with an enlightened dictator I presume (I am one myself ).
Een staat met een verlicht despoot veronderstel ik (ik ben er zelf één ).

This actually happened in America in the 80's. The Nazi's wanted to march in Skokie, Illinois, which is like 2/3 Jewish, and the American Civil Liberties Union fought for them and our Supreme Court granted them the right to do it.

Then the Nazi's cancelled and went somewhere else instead.

I'm learning that these nationstate issues are pretty cleverly worded, so it's hard to tell what the outcomes will be, especially since I wasn't reading them to carefully to begin with.

A state where the government acts like a strict father, and the citizens are treated like children.

Thanks I thought at first it was something with religion (The Father) but I get it now.

I can't find a single other "Capitalizt" state in the list. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. Still though.....much rarer than most.
