        Hummh. Made a DL, which seems to be working, contrary to the original.
        Haven't got far, though. Here are the best (current) stats:

        Civil Rights: Very Good
        Economy: Very Strong
        Political Freedoms: Average
        Taxes: 7% flat
        Crime: Serious problem

            I have no prisons, a beautiful country, and no crime. I'm happy

            Although my economy needs work, and I need to stop getting the mining question, as I'll never allow it, the rest is exactly what I wanted. And I have the 2nd best UN name (Civil Rights Lovefest).

                      The issue specifically stated the people want it. By denying the DP you are restricting political freedoms by not doing what the people asked for.
