        No, if you go on the nationstate site on the morning (GMT Time) it is actually some sort of fast.

        That's why I always do my national stuff in the morning

            Diss, your late at night is my morning.

            I tried it now and its a lot faster, but still can't register - apparently no-one has been able to register for the last day or so.

                In the morning (GMT) American users are on the whole still in ed, so nationstates goes much much faster.

                For the Americans here, try getting up at 4am
