aahz_capone: I think there is only one delegate. While you can endorse anyone, only the person who is the delegate gets the extra votes IIRC. I say we should be able to endorse anyone, since we can't stop people anyway, and the people of Akiria will not impose unnecessary rules upon others or themselves
