    North Spire, Dakmoristan, Jonchastan, Iguana Fire
    Pot Three:
    NCC Pavesia, Auldoninna, Chandler Island, Ceroo
    Pot Four:
    Ming Tran

    May be subject to change depending on who the final three qualifying teams ( * ) are. (To total 16- if there are no more applicatns we can throw in a few nations at random and make them St. Kitts & Nevis-esque 'first-round-fodder'). Seeding is based on RL FIFA world ranking of equivalent nations- (Guardinia has been provisionally assigned Argentina, Dakmoristan = Uruguay). The fact that footballing giants sucha as Iraq, Qatar and Australia have pushed Wales down to 60th in the rankings made my sides split...
    Each group will consist of one team from each pot. Karakas is automatically placed into group A as hosts.

                              They shouldn't be any problem. There's gonna be National Guard regiments at each match (Civil Defense Militia in Adailton-speak). Those guys shoot first and ask questions later.
