    Apolyton Court

    The following nations were nominated for this court. unless a majority have a problem with any of the nominated, then we can assume they all elected.


    Centralis
    Basus
    Auldoninna
    Guardinia


    We will use this thread to conduct court matters.

    I think the issues pending are the FCL/Azan conflict and the placement dispute between the Hive and Pavesia. I think the latter issue is a far easier one to sort out (though just as important!), but I'm not sure about where things stand on Frankychanland these days... I guess the governance of Former Azan is the big issue, but there's still unresolved refugee issues, IIRC.

      Considering the ease of which certain nations got into this council and the methods used the Hive will listen to, but never be forced into obeying it.

      ooc: shouldnt a council consist of 3 or 5 members

                  The Tooled-Up Sultanate of Al Mastif withdraws its support for (the sadly deluded) Centralis, and will refuse to acknowledge certain (misguided) members of the Apolyton Council, as their immoderate political views too strongly detract from their credibility.

                          There's only one vote difference between 5th and 6th right now, so I say we wait another day or two before announcing who the justices are. After that... I agree, we should convene the court right away.

                            IC: Ah, so we what we have here is nothing more than a "good ole boys" network where all the nations can convene without an objective voice. Very good. The nation of Frankychanland will listen to the Court, but following its edicts is a totally different matter.

                            OOC: 4 people volunteered? I remember the polls and a "certain" nation was also amongst the court. Seriously though, I hope that there will be at least an objective view on the matters and not just have an elitist point of view. While I will turn over control of Former Azan to whomever it is, I hope we can separate IC from OOC........because Frankychanland doesn't want to let go of Former Azan so easily.
