OOC: I know they called for help, but help was also offered by Guardinia and Ceroo, and to the best of my knowledge, none of us has received any answer yet.
In my opinion, that means none of us get to set up any bases yet, since we do not know which offer they'll accept - if any.
Also, Guardinia specifically stated that Auldoninnan bases in Western Apolyton would be seen as a hostile move and a threat to Guardinia. Auldonina have agreed to set up bases in Western apolyton to aid the newly formed government as we can.

Yes we rejected Ceroo and Guardina responses, due mainly to their lack of belief in any terrorist camps in our nation that we needed to deal with. Once they openly expressed disbeleif that they existed we had no choice but to open our doors to a nation that has shown it is not afraid to stand upto terrorism and refuse to supply terrorists with arms as some have done.
