Given than Azan no longer exists, but a lot of the conflict between Ceroo-Guardinia and FCL-Auldonina revolves around control of their former territory (and, if I understand the roleplaying correctly, most of these nations have troops on the ground in Azan), maybe we should create a "Disputed Region of Azan" with a public password (eg, "apolyton") that can change hands depending on how the conflict goes.
For example, maybe it should be created by Ceroo (and made as much like the original Azan as possible, sans government) then handed over to Frankychan to govern. Should the roleplay develop such that another nation takes over the area, either by force (Ceroo, Guardinia) or "peacefully" (Auldonina, the Hive), control should be given to that player. If the Apolyton Court intervenes, or we end up with peacekeepers on the ground, one of the judges (Basus) should assume control. Finally, if one nation manages to gain permanent control over Azan, the court could agree to let the nation be deleted again, and just add the territory to that nation.
I realise this probably means more work, but I think it adds something tangible to the game play.
