New Issues

For anyone still playing (I haven't had time to RP myself, though I've kept all my nations going, including the ones I was minding for people), they've recently added a whole bucketload of new issues. I've seen about 10 so far, and I'm expecting there's a great deal more than that added.

Yeah, they've apointed some nations to be 'game moderators' to edit and review submitted issues, so they can get many more into use and much quicker...
I've already had one even-newer-new one that is very similar to one of the not-quite-so-new-new-ones (about immigration).

The Issue
A new book, Jennifer Government, by Max Barry, has been causing quite a stir in governmental offices across Tarba.

The Debate
"At first I liked the book," says famous politician Miranda Li, "but then it clearly turned out to be just a mockery of our government! This is brainwashing our citizens into thinking that they're being governed badly. I suggest we hang, draw and quarter the author of this book and take satires off the shelves!"

"Don't be silly" says book reviewer Roxanne Wu, "it's a great book and you don't necessarily have to take the views inside seriously! If anything, there should be more satires. Maybe then, we'll get the right people in charge of this messed-up country!"

I'm starting to get the feeling that there are going to be some quite similar issues, although I'm not complaining.
