State Delegate Elections held in the Second Holy Empire of Sheepsta

State elections were held under the fomer Unified Sheestan Republics system. States will of course send delegates to the national confence in Chopsu, to establish the Holy Empire's true constituion. All states had 3 members, each territory had 1 member to the confrence. The Colony of Greater Lambston is not represented, as a plan is being made to bring that nation to a self-governing Dominion in the Holy Empire. NB. The Sheepstan Communist Party and the National Socialist Party were banned.
