Are there plans (in the far future) for a scenario builder included with the game? People seem to enjoy editing things, and most popular games I can think of (Rogue Spear, AOE series etc.) have some such options.

Of course everything will be editable. Not only will we try to make it as easy for players to make scenario's/add-ons as can be, the game is even open source so everyone can mess with the code as they like it!
Just about everything is editable. Even without coding, because a lot will be stored in text files (maybe even window and graphic positions to make you own GUI, not that it will be better then mine of course...
)
Aditionally, we might want to make an user friendly, beginner-style program to edit the game, so a total newbie into editing will be able to do some scenarios and stuff too. But let's first make the game.
