what do you think about Ultra Gigantic Maps.

Recently I have been playing on very hard, with topgun barbs. On most maps I find it hard going, but usually after around agricultural revolution I am on the up, though soemtimes I really get my ass kicked.

But on UGM which I have been playing recently I have found it quite easy, so this evening I will change setting to impossible for my next game.

I played with 15 civs, with a max civ of 20. Is this too little for the UGM?

If so what should I increase to?

Also I found that 'cos the map was big there loads of ancient ruins, this meant that I was probably able to get too many advances free.

Hi, i have a question to that thread:

How can i adjust that i want to play with an ultra-gigantic map? I've installed the super apolyton pack.

Or do "ultra-gigantic" just mean the 4th biggest map in ctpII ?

I would be very thankful for answers!

Easiest way is to install GoodMod or Cradle to get the Ultra Gigantic map feature. The ultra gigantic map is four times bigger then the default gigantic map. Or you could modify the const.txt and the map.txt un your own. So far I did not understood the map.txt entirely.
