                    ---Continued
                    December 1910

After countless useless attacks since november, the 27th Panzer Div were finally away from action and were heading for the city of Oidu far from the front line to rest and recover they stayed there until January 1911, then they were sent not north but south deep down sout all the way too Thailand and the 27th Div were once again in combat

                    Thailand Mars 1911
How could we ever dislike the cold says Helmuth, yes answers Hans it is not just the heat, the snakes, spiders and the millions of mosqitos and of course the war crazy Thai that jump at ye even when you are on the latrine. Yes this life sucks replies Helmuth if we are not I -50°c you are in 40-50°c.
Then the sergent inteupt the conversaion by calling we are leaving in 10 min pack up and be ready too go!!. They are on the train when they get the news: Persia has just invaded Stuttgar, Stuttgart the men shout but that is in the middle of… yeah we know says the lieutanant no one expected this our objective is the same though we march too Muang Narob…

The 27th took Muang Narob with 70% of the Div was destroyed, then the div was changed too an total panzer division, Helmuth and his comrads suprisingly survived the slaughter at Narob, they were sent too train as tankers they were ready too go in mid June.

                        ---Continued
In Aprill 1911 the Thai attack Muang Narob with a army of 90000 men against 200 Marks(early tanks) of the 27th div it begun with a weak of artillery barrage and then a two wings of BS-Biplanes attack and then a wave of endlesss infantry and tanks, only a handfull survived the carnage and they were taken to POW camps in Ayuttaya among these were Helmuth and Hans, the camps were horrifying, the guards treated them like they were not human beings they were letten work in factories were they tried to do as little as possible. One day a Thai soldier came to the hut were POW were held and asked for experts helmuth and Hans raised there hands and sed they were experts in engenering, of course they were not experts in engenering and when they were taken to a place were they were supposed to take big printing machines apart, they acted wery professional and asked for a box of wery sophistcated tools too buy them some time but in two days the tools arived and then they asked for a sledge and sed sledges were absulutly vital when printing machines were taken apart, they took the tools and the sledge with them and smashed the machine and put it boxes the Thai's were wery hapy(of course they hadn't checked in the boxes) and sed to them to be ready to be moved, Hans sed to Helmuth: if we are going to set the printing machine together I'm am going to flee right now. They agreed to trie to escape when they could. They bribed the guards with parts of things that they were "handeling" like radios, and one day they decided to flee, they jumped of the wagon that took them to the manufactories and the guard "didn't" notice them and they ran as far away as they could… frankly they ran for two days and two nights so terrified were they of what the Thai's would do to them if they were cought. On the third day they saw tanks and the tanks drove too them and the when they were trying escape one of the tanks opened fire and killed Hans, then Helmuth saw the black cross on there sides, They were German!! Then Helmuth yelled "Kein schussen ich bin ein deutcher!!" (not sure on the grammar there) and and the man in the turret gave order not to fire… He was saved To be continued
