  • Scenarios: Loading Turn Bug

Sometimes ago I've played Alexander The Great Scenario (included with CTP2). As usual I've saved at the end of my turn (after having moved all units, before cliking "End Turn" button). After I've loaded the turn and appeared a list of completed buildings/units, and some events
Later I've discovered that I can move all my units
In few words, it's possible to perform multiple attacks saving and re-loading, because the other faction are "freezed" (don't produce/move/attack...)
Obviously this bug can be considered a "cheating" bug.

Yes this bug is part of the 1.1 patch, and stopped me from playing games on premade maps, in the end it ruins the game and also one reason why mods are developed on the modswapper setup instead on the scenario structure. The interesting thing was that Cradle v.1.1 hadn't this problem. So it might be possible to fix it within the text files or within the slic files.

Hmm, I never heard of this bug before so I guess it is no sooner then after we fix one bug that another pops up.

Actual we just avoided to use the scenario file structure for our mods, so we weren't bothered by this bug, I guess only Dave never encountered this bug on his own. Yes it was true the scenario file structure v1.1 of Cradle hadn't thgis problem.

Now all we need to do is figure out why v1.1 of cradle doesn't have the problem while the default game does.

I've had that bug happen to me before, but on a normal game of ctp2. I'm sure it wasn't pre-patch either
