Green circle around unts

Take a look into your ..\ctp2_data\default\graphics\ folder there you find 4 *.tga files that contains the pattern for the red/yellow/green unit/city selection circle.

Here is the list of these files is:

UPC008.tga
UPC009.tga
UPC010.tga
UPC011.tga

These files contain only two colors black and bright blue. The bright blue is replaced in game by another color that is variable. Black is in these files the transparent in game color. So you have only to replace these files by versions with pure black (rgb 0 0 0). Of course you should them backup before you do this.
