HELP... Lost advances map!!!

Errm... i just moved from the uk to NJ (USA) I Brought my Cd for ctp2 .. but i forgot my advances map and my manual ... i'm not too bothered about my manual .. but i can't play without my advances map ... any chance of someone scanning one for me and emailing it to R3mix3r@hotmail.com ????
