Map size poll

I was just wondering what map size most people play on and why. Please respond.

I am playing on a 300 X 600 All Land with 8 Civs..25 Maximum cities..I excluded settlers and sea engineers as well as Urban Planners and altered risks.txt..to put 0 % chance of finding cities and settlers in ruins...
Why?

Because I wanted a huge land battle with a specific # of cities..

Interesting idea Troll.

I've been playing on Huge (I don't know the exact dimensions), but I altered the profile.txt file to play against 15 Civs. A little bit slow at times, but otherwise pretty fun.

I annihilated entire civilizations just to speed up the game.

I was play default but now played on 250 500, 150 300 and now on a 125 250 need room to spread out.

Well when I play, if I play it's on a 210x210 map.... this was the proposed max size without errors, but apparently the game seems to work now with larger maps.... but I'm still happy with my size.

First I played the maximum size that is allowed by Activision, but this not enough for me, because I want to blow up the game to real dimensions. Therefore I created a map that is 16 times bigger than Activision's gigantic map. Unfortunatly I put 28 players on it an the game was slowed down dramaticly. My comp needed for the first turn a quater of an hour. If I had enough computer power I would play on Omni's XXXXXXL world map.

Um...I just like to play on regular, so that I can get into fights more quickly.
