  • Help Uploading Maps to Apolyton

I've been trying to upload my map to Apolyton, but when I try to submit the form I get an error page like this:

    Unknown Tag: Requirement

What's up with this? All the fields are filled, and ther's nothing I can see that's wrong.

I got also this error page. But This is not my problem to upload something to Apolyton. Ignore this page. But my problem is that I try to send Omnigood my stuff per e-mail for one two or three weeks. And everytime when I tried to send him my mail it returned.

Well I contacted Omni about it and he said that page was broken, and they hadn't gotten around to fixing it yet. Anyway I just sent my stuff off to Omni, no problem (well, none that weren't created myself... )

I tried also to send him my stuff. But the same problem again: My mail returned.
As I sent the CityMod to Omni I did nothing different without any problems.

I got a mail from Mail Delivery Subsystem concerning: Returned mail: Service unavailable.

I wonder if I the only one with this problem and why there is no DB update since 11-Mar-2001.

And at least how do you contacted Omni?

Sorry haven't been checking around here lately...

          email to rsaari@alumni.uwaterloo.ca

This should work, if it doesn't send it to pcouw@hotmail.com and I'll pick it up. Everything that is on the add a file page please include it in the email... if the attachment is larger than 2 megs, email me and we'll find away to get it to me... I'm still waiting on my OmniGod@apolyton.net account to become activated.

Now I tried to send it to pcouw@hotmail.com. But this address is familiar to me. As I tryed to send my email to rsaari@alumni.uwaterloo.ca it was sent to pcouw@hotmail.com instead of the supposed recipient and it returned to me. We will see if you get my email.

I tried this adress and it worked fine for me: rsaari@alumni.uwaterloo.ca
Martin, if you like you could send me the files and I'd send them to Omni, on your behalf. If not though, I'd understand.

Anyway if so, this is my adress: Sabaka@alltel.net
BTW: Check out my Dinotopia Map I think it's cool.

I tried sending your stuff to Omni and I had all the same problems you had, pretty weird huh? Anyway I'll keep trying.

How big is the file you guys are trying to send me? I just received a file yesterday about 500K and my limit is 2Megs... is it larger than 2megs? I am still waiting on Apolyton to give me an apolyton addy but it's a slow process apparently. The other option is to post it somewhere and I'll go get it... such as mydocs.com or whatever it's called. Try once more, I'll clear my email completely.

                      Hi Omni,

I got your email, today. I will try you suggestion at first. If it don't work I will try mydocs.com or whatever it's called. Maybe it's a problem of the size it's 1.1Mb.

                          Martin,

Good, I'm glad everything worked out for you . Now I just need to figure out what I can use your modifications for, you see I'm still new at modifying CTP2 data, but I'm sure I'll find good uses for it this summer.

                          -Thanks,

                          Hassan
