I am not a computer programer and just like it when all I have to do is hit a button and play the game.
My Beef with Call to Power 2 is you have to know how to do some programing. Its not for computer idiots like me.

In Civ 2 when you want to make a scenario all you have to do is click on save and bang its saved, and its simple.

How come Call to Power 2 makes it so complicated? You have to make this directory and that, save it here and save it there. Its so time consuming and I just dont understand it so I dont bother with it any more.

I tried to play on the earth map but there is no Ruins in it, so I tried to place them but couldnt save the dang thing.

I bought the game as soon as it came out but I returned a few days later.

I just bought it again for $15 and like playing it but its still frustrating since its not easy to make your own scenarios.

What do others think of the way Call to Power 2 is in making scenarios and custumizing?

I find it could have been easier for people who are not computer literate.

I agree. I'm not computer illiterate but I have a hard time figuring out how to save a scenario after placing civilisations and so on. I find that when I scroll back through the civilisations the leaders' names are not the ones I typed in a few minutes before. I gave up on saving scenarios and just saved maps that I altered a bit. That worked okay. i still like the game even though I can't get the scenario making down. I should read the files provided by Activision and posted here at Apolyton, I suppose.
