    and dona forget the tables for the AI-personalities too!!!!


    And Befor i forget! put it on a spreadsheet showing the net efects of the combination of Goverment and AI persona, with cross-indexes of WOWs and their Modifiers that best help that particualr Covernement and AI persona combo, and a list of the AI wonders that least help the Government

      Very interesting.

      The 'rank' bit looks like Governments arent hard coded the same way that they were in CtP1. They look to be 'grouped' by rank instead, so the AI makes a decision based on their stats rather than preprogrammed behavior.

      This is very good news for customization if my take is correct...
