CTP 2 launch in different countries

Does the date of launch vary for different countries? I'm in Australia so I'm wondering if I'll have to wait longer than the US.

IIRC CtP1 was available in Europe and US at the same time. Dont know about Australia though.

As far as I can remember CTP1 came out on the same date in Australia as everywhere else.
