  • Saving LAN

    HI.

How can I save LAN Games and does it work to reload them?

Yes you can .... but only the Host can save the game.

Concerning reloading a saved game, I take it you mean reloading a saved game that is currently in process. In this case, I would imagine the game would try to throw everyone back into the lobby for the reload, but then, I really don't know since I've never tried it before, but I would bet dollars-to-doughnuts that the reload would probably kick the other players (nonhost) completely out... Has anyone tried doing this before?

Well i cant comment on LAN play because ive never tried it, but i assume its pretty much identical to Internet play (save the resynchs!). But you can reload a saved game, when you go to create game from the lobby, select "load saved game", then the other player/s join the game and launch the save.

Don't ask me why, but we have resyncs on LAN games as well.
