You can try a few simple things (and a few not so simple things) to minimize this. Number one, make sure the use a server that has a good ping rate and isn't over loaded with other players Two, make sure the game host has the fastest connection out of everyone playing. Three, make sure you've closed all other programs on your desk top so that you free up all availible resources.

The not so simple fixs all involve upgrading your hardware and/or connection so that you minimize resynchs and other unpleasent things (like crashes). The single best thing you can do is get a faster ISP connect, followed by more memmory, and a faster CPU (which depending on how old your computer is may not be that expensive). Also don't forget to download the CTP2 patch if you haven't already.
