sea colonies
as you can see i'm very confused about the sea colonies. I'm helpless and can't find a real good answer to my question. Why do sea colonies look and behave like normal cities? The only think in which they are different is that you can only build sea units in the cities. I only want to get one right answer. Is it correct that they lokk like normal cities or is it a bug or error or something else. Please give me an answer.
