Missing Pages in Manual???

does anyone know where i can get an online copy of the guide that came with ctp2? i am missing a lot of pages brand new right out of the shrink wrapped box???

Funny thing is you probably aren't missing any pages... it's really that thin. Let's say you are missing a page or two.. .I'll tell ya there's nothing there

actually i am missing, and this is brand new, pages 13-28, 61-76. just looking for an online version so i can get started playing.
