How do I play with random empires?

I can't figure out how to start the game with empires different than english, american, german, scotish, irish, and so on. Can anyone help? Please, my time wasting time is a wasting.

The problem was already posted. Look for http://apolyton.net/forums/Forum43/HTML/000222.html and http://apolyton.net/forums/Forum43/HTML/000300.html

In userprofile.txt set NonRandomCivs=No and run the game in Medium or higher diff. level.
