  • Slave Generator

I attacked a city with a slaver in the army. Things didn't go too well, so I clicked the retreat button. Surprise! The city decreased from 2 to 1 and I gained a slave. Next turn, I repeated the operation. The city's size remained 1, but I still gained my slave.

Slavery is immoral and shouldn't be encouraged no matter how tempting.

However this method does seem to work.

Immoral? As opposed to outright killing?

I'm glad they added slavery to the game. Its actually a bold step for a game company to admit that it has happened all through history and needs to be included.

A tip of the hat to them on this.

When you capture a slave, how does it work? I mean, does it go into your closest city, or can you pick where it goes? Just curious.

slaves go to the nearest city that has a garrison large enough to guard them. If memory serves, it was 3 slaves per unit.
