Overcost of advances????
Hi,
maybe i am missing something, but...
Anybody knows why you have to spend more science points than the actual cost to get a breaktrough?
I was looking into the Science Manager, and it allways shows that i need more points than the presented cost of the advance. For example, cost is 15000 but i have acumulated 16500 and still there is not a breaktrough!
Please, let me know what am i missing! Has it to do with governments?
