Completeness of Manual

I can't seem to find what effects celebration has on my cities anywhere in the manual. I also couldn't find a list of the feats of wonder. Not the wonders of the world, but the feats (e.g. being the first to sail around the world).

Feats are intentionally not listed. They are supposed to be things you discover as your play.
