Most of our cities are still building troops to inflict the final blow on the Austrians and to strengthen our defenses as the other kingdoms are threatening to attack us. The necessity and opportunity to build Caravans should be evaluated during the Turn Chat as, in my own opinion, the current situation near our borders is not clear enough.

as minisister of science, diplomacy and trade i hereby request the minister of domestic affairs:
- to finish both caravans already in the build list (note, the build lists posted above aren't uptodate anymore)
- to build 2 more caravans which shall be finished in about the same amounts of turns soon.
- to build city improvements that improve science/gold as soon as all requirements for national safety and internal trade routes are met.
- to build at least 2 diplomats as soon as we have the knowledge of bureaucracy
