What are the current Empire settings(food/production/science)?

Can we or would people be willing to change them a bit to increase general happiness levels across the empire.
I'm thinking that an increase in food allowence might do the trick, but am open to suggestions. All the talk of problems with city happiness due to not having enough troops in situ, has made me think of this option.

All settings are maxed out right now and I think we don't need to increase food.

I think he means reduce But I disagree, we should keep them on max as long as we reasonably can. 2 cities have 72 happiness now, that will be 73 within a few turns...

When you say maxed out does that mean we are giving our citizens the maximum amount of food possible, while asking for the most amount of work hrs from them and paying them the most amount of gold we can - that would IMHO be maxed out empire settings(and rather crazy too!)? Tell me i'm wrong and who voted for such a strange setup? I've never used such settings ever in a game of CTP2.

EDIT: er Maxed out = all the way to the right, right?

D'oh! I think we're interpreting 'increasing' and 'decreasing' differently. You can increase food or the food slider, not exactly the same thing (quite the opposite, even)

Thank the Great Lemur for that! I was getting worried
Ok so i mean maybe we could increase the amount of food we are giving to our people to see if it will help with happiness problems(move it one click to the right). Any good?
