oh, mapfi says to leave some orders, since Wise is not around.
Since we're going to war, I suppose some army might be an idea. Let our cities continue building archers and warriors/hoplites (delete as applicable).
If any city starts revolting, drop an entertainer in for the duration but otherwise, leave specialists as they are.

As I won't be there until about 22:30pm here's a list of delagates for the chat (subjet to them being there and accepting):
1) Locutus
2) J Bytheway
3) MrBaggins
4) Somone chosen by the President or his acting delagate etc.
Just call the Army the "Bridgeburners" for now.
Other orders: Do not attack Graz during the chat! I'll leave any further decisions to the delagate and people in the chat but basically ensure we don't loose any cities and kill some Austrians.
