Normally that would be a perfect time to chat for me, but Wednesday there are real elections over here, and every important ones too, so I'll want to follow the media, etc closely. I will show up but may not be as active as usual...

As far as Austria goes: for now there are no new proposals to send. I'll let you know if this changes.

Our attitude towards Austria should for now indeed be passive: we want to peacefully explore and build a 2nd city. We won't want to do anything to piss the Austrians off, but we don't want to be their best friends either. I recommend that we move and keep our units out of Austrian territory, to prevent loss of regard and trust.
