New to Democracy games

Hey guys. I decided to dig out CTP2 and try it out again. Ive been looking around Apolyton for some good mods and patches to put on it and I discovered this Democracy game. Can any one tell me what I need to do to get in on the fun here?

Well as you can see this demo game is pretty quiet after the sourcecode release, but im sure we'll finish it........ before Christmas 2010.
