I have sumed up the most important informations to build up a map by the bmp2ctp2-program from Harlan Thompson.
It is very useful to mark all cities and rivers before you run the bmp2ctp2 program. With this program I have made a big map of Europe(250*346). In this map cities are indicated by Desert Mountains. You can download the map of Europe and the map-making script from my homepage:
It could be very useful for scenario makers to have a standard scenario without units but with cities and nations.
