download problems

I've downloaded Modswap, CTP2 patch, Citymod2 and Apolyton and when I run WinZip many of the files are labeled 'bad date'. I've tried installing the files but when I run Modswap the only option I get is 'original game' . I've downloaded several times and always get the same result.
Is there a connection and a solution

Do you have the newest version of WinZip?

Older versions had a problem with the date (the Y2K bug) IIRC

If that doesn't work you could try unzipping it with another program like WinAce or WinRar.
