Adding buildings to cities
I searched all the posts & found nothing about this, so I thought I'd just come right out & ask what appears to me to be a very basic question - how do you add buildings to cities? I can see how you can add them to & remove them from the build queue, and how you can destroy them, but I can't find how to just add a building to a city's inventory. I was thinking of giving the first civ to enter the industrial age a free mill in each of its cities.
