What files correlate with the Slider for game setup?

In the game you can setup the World by using various sliders for land,ocean,cold,warm...ect....


What file in game is used to control these?

Where my Less-than-Ingenious mind is headed..(Or trying to at least!)..is by default creating more rivers by having certain settings..also..I am very ticked to see ICE and Frozen Tundra when I pick Warm and Dry extreme settings and keep terrain all the same...


Any/all help as usual would Indeed be greatly appreciated!
