Wonder bug still there
I noticed today that, as in CtPI, you don't get a warning when someone starts building the first Wonder in Wonder.txt (Aristotle's Lyceum). This can be fixed by making a dummy-wonder and putting that in the first position of the file. Wes, this probably needs to be put back in the MedMod as well.
