how do i create a feat?
Has anyone successfully added a Feat? I'm trying to add one for when 10 universities have been built. I cant figure out where to add ID_HIGHER_EDUCATION to any of the text files as all the other feats also have these ID_* files but I cant find them anywhere. i lowered it to one university and started the game figuring the game would crash and tell me, but i couldnt trigger it after building the first university. Is there SLIC coding that I need to do?
