    I cant say i noticed any difference in the AI, i thought CityMod only added city graphics and some new ages to fit in these new graphics?

      check the values of the tiles where the city expansions are placed.

        I meant to say City Expansion... didn't remember that hexagonians mod was called CityMod

            Hexagonian never made a mod called Citymod. I made this mod. He just added CityMod2 to Cradle.
