Apolyton Pack - Italian texts

I translated the Apolyton Pack in Italian (my language).

Well I don't speak any Italian, but I was a little bit curious. So I opend the file and wondered what should the APOL_civilisation.txt do in the Italian folder, this file should be found in the default folder. Another question is if it was intention only to add the age concepts description from CityMod2 into the APOL_Great_Library.txt and not to translate them.

I did some very little fixing. For example Americans has become American (singular like the other civilizations).

About the second question ... I'll translate them ASAP
