  • Tile modificaton for dummies

I have another question yet again, and I'm sure that the modding gurus can give me a clear and quick answer, so that I can fumble around as little as possible. How do I change the values assosciated with different tiles (production, food etc.)? I'm trying to change some tile attributes for a scenario that I've been working on. I am also going to be changing some the apearance of them as well, but thanks to Martin the Dane I believe that I'm already set in that aspect (though I haven't tried his Tiledit tool yet, so who knows ). Thanks in advance.

    Tiledit is just for graphics.

What you are looking for is the:
    terrain.txt
    in the folder:
    ctp2\ctp2_data\default\gamedata

    You will find:

EnvBase- What you ar aming at. the plain tile atributes
EnvCity - How much is added when there is a city in this tile.
EnvRiver - How much is added in the atributes when there is a river in the tile.

    I hope i was clear.
