    I think we need a complete list of world leaders for scenario makers so that they don't use 'Egyptian Leader' or 'Tutankhamen' instead of the real leader (in modern scenarios). This is the list of people who attended at the UN Summit. It's slightly out of date (Bill Clinton, for example) but it should be useful.
