SAP v2.0 bug

In the game I'm playing I just got a message that the Egyptians have started building the Apolyton Pack...

don't know if this is a bug or not, but I just encountered another civ, and when I check the Intel it says that they despise me because my trade embargo has angered them. Well, I *just* met these guys and I wouldn't even know how to do a trade embargo if I wanted to, so what's up with that?

This is a bug, it looks like the AIs announce they are building it but actual no AI builds it.

For your other question I never saw that bug.
